Play Submissions: 2023/24 Season

** Please ensure that rights availability and cost have been checked before you submit a play for consideration **

Thank you for your interest in directing for CTW! Please fill in the details below and press submit and the Artistic Director will consider it for inclusion in the 2023/24 Season. Remember, you must have previously been assistant director for at least one play at CTW or equivalent experience in order to be considered as a director in your own right.

Note, not all submissions will be successful – this will primarily be for the need to create a balanced season, and/or because the number of submissions exceed the available slots. It is not a judgement on you or the play you have chosen. Please try again next season – the AD will also give brief feedback on why you were not successful this time, if requested.

Please note also that the ideal dates and length of run you indicate cannot be guaranteed, though the season will not be finalised until each director agrees their proposed dates with the AD. If selected, you and your assistant director will need to attend the Director’s meeting in July/August 2023.
